Terms of Use for Modbus TCP Station

By downloading or using the Modbus TCP Station app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. 1-Month Prepaid Pass (Non-Renewing)

• The app offers a 1-month prepaid, non-renewing pass for access to premium features.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• This is a one-time charge for a designated period (e.g., 30 days). It does not automatically renew.
• Upon expiration of the period, access to premium features will be restricted until a new pass is purchased manually.
• The duration of the pass is strictly monitored. Intentional manipulation of local device time to extend the pass duration is a violation of these terms and may result in restriction of app usage.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the developer.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app. Your use of the app is at your sole risk, especially in industrial or critical environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the app or the contents of the app.

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
